We are unable to cancel order once they have been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment.

SHIPPING - We Ship Worldwide!

  • Free domestic shipping on all orders above $50.
    Orders below $50 and wholesale orders will be required to pay standard shipping rate.
  • All standard orders of IN-STOCK items will be processed and leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days via USPS ground.
    Orders placed weekend/holiday will be processed next business days.
  • USPS do not count the pickup day as in transit. So 2-Day, 3-Day and overnight shipments may take one additional business day.
    Night 1 Pets is not responsible for any kind of shipping delays.
  • On all International orders, aside from the shipping cost, it's the customer's responsibility to pay the import and customs duties/fees that are incurred as a result of the shipment.
  • Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items due to any parcel service fault.
  • Please note shipping costs are non-refundable.

RETURNS -

All returns require authorization by one of our customer service representatives. To gain authorization for a return, please email us at info@night1pets.com. Unfortunately, unauthorized returns will be refused and will be returned to the customer immediately. All order discrepancy claims must be made within the 5 days of delivery of goods.

  • Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, both your items and packages must be unused, free from dirt, and dust or any damages, also in the same package, tag, and condition that you received it.
  • Sale Items, Pre-ordered items, Gift Cards, Gifted orders, Wholesale orders are non-returnable.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Please note shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Please use a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, when you return your items. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note, Night 1 Pets is not responsible for gift products and items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender.
We encourage you to handle your Night 1 Pets products with care, as damaged product caused by improper handing by the recipient is also not our responsibility.


REFUNDS / EXCHANGES / STORE CREDITS -

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If you are approved, then your refund, exchange or store credit will be processed.
For refunds, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 days.
We do offer exchanges within the US, but we don't offer any exchanges for international orders, however you can receive a refund or store credit, so you can replace the order for the item you would like in exchange.
Exchanges will typically ship the next business day after your return is processed.
Returns received Friday-Sunday will ship out next business day. If a store credit is requested, a promo code will be issued to you via email. Your store credit is easily applied during checkout of your next order.

Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Also please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.


SALE ITEMS -

Any item with a marked down or discounted price from the original is to be considered a SALE ITEM. Unfortunately there are no returns allowed for any items on sale. All sale items are final sale, no refunds, exchanges or credits of any kind. If sale items are returned without authorization from our customer service, the item(s) will be returned to the customer immediately and customer will be notified. Restocking fees may apply to any unauthorized returns.


Pre ORDERS / SPECIAL ORDERS -

Pre orders / Special orders are NOT able to be cancelled once the order has been placed. All Orders are NOT returnable since these items need to be specially made one piece at a time. Each order is made specifically for each customer and are final sale, no refunds, exchanges or credits of any kind. If special orders are returned without expressed permission from our customer service, it will be returned to the customer immediately and customer will be notified. Restocking fees may apply to unauthorized returns. For international shipping of special orders, additional charges may apply to orders containing both in stock and Pre Order / Special order items.
